If you have any complaints, we would like to hear your solution for it. After receiving the complaint we will send you a confirmation within one week. We aim to process your complaint within two weeks. If necessary, we will give you a call, to talk about the complaint or to ask you for further information. When we have settled your complaint, we will inform you by email. Do you wish to receive a letter, please let us know in the complaint. We don’t handle any anonymous complaints.
